Workshops rooted in Scripture, the Eastern Catholic spiritual heritage, and modern leadership principles.

This is one of the few programs built specifically for Eastern Catholic clergy, addressing the pastoral, cultural, and community dynamics unique to our Churches. 

This three-day training, hosted by Servant Pastors, is designed exclusively for pastors who seek to deepen their leadership through the model of Christ-centered service. Focused on the principles of servant leadership, the program offers a structured and reflective environment to enhance pastoral effectiveness in leading congregations with humility, vision, and compassion.

Each day integrates theological insights, practical strategies, and collaborative learning to help pastors renew their commitment to leading as servants first. Participants will leave with renewed clarity, strengthened relationships with fellow pastors, and actionable tools for ministry.

 By the conclusion of the training, participating pastors will:

• Deepen Their Understanding of Servant Leadership
  Engage with the biblical foundation of servant leadership and its relevance to pastoral ministry today.
   
• Strengthen Pastoral Leadership Skills
  Acquire practical strategies to lead congregations with greater empathy, effectiveness, and spiritual authority.
   
• Reflect and Recalibrate Ministry Practices
  Evaluate personal leadership approaches and develop actionable plans aligned with the servant-leader model.
   
• Build Community Among Pastoral Peers
  Cultivate connections with other pastors through shared experiences, peer learning, and mutual encouragement.
