Servant Pastors is a pastoral formation ministry dedicated to strengthening clergy through personalized coaching, leadership development, and spiritual guidance.
Founded by Father Simon, a Maronite priest with a PhD in Community Leadership, Servant Pastors offers an approach rooted in both theological depth and practical parish experience. The ministry understands the richness, complexity, and beauty of both Eastern and Western parish life.
Servant Pastors provides affordable, accessible, and culturally attentive support that addresses a critical gap in pastoral formation and coaching. While there are limited programs designed specifically for Eastern Churches, this ministry also serves the needs of Western Churches, offering guidance that is thoughtful, relevant, and responsive to both traditions.
