Servant Pastors is designed primarily for Eastern Catholic clergy, including Maronite, Melkite, Chaldean, Syriac, Byzantine, Ukrainian, Syro-Malabar, and Syro-Malankara pastors.
While the approach reflects Eastern Catholic life and tradition, pastors from other Christian traditions are welcome.

Very few leadership and coaching programs are designed specifically for the Eastern Catholic pastoral context. Servant Pastors fills this gap by offering formation that understands:

No. While the ministry is rooted in the Maronite Catholic tradition, it serves clergy from all Eastern Catholic rites and is respectful of each Church’s unique spiritual and liturgical heritage.
