Servant Pastors is a pastoral formation ministry offering coaching, leadership development, and spiritual support for clergy. The ministry is rooted in the Maronite tradition and serves pastors across all Eastern and Western Churches.

Servant Pastors is designed primarily for Eastern clergy, including Maronite, Melkite, Chaldean, Syriac, Byzantine, Ukrainian, Syro-Malabar, and Syro-Malankara pastors.
While the approach reflects Eastern Catholic life and tradition, pastors from other Western Christian traditions are welcome.

Very few leadership and coaching programs are designed specifically for the Eastern pastoral context. Servant Pastors fills this gap by offering formation that understands:

 No. While the ministry is rooted in the Maronite tradition, it serves clergy from all Eastern and Western rites and respects each Church’s unique spiritual and liturgical heritage.
