Servant Pastors is a pastoral formation ministry offering coaching, leadership development, and spiritual support for clergy. The ministry is rooted in the Maronite Catholic tradition and serves pastors across all Eastern Catholic Churches.
Servant Pastors is designed primarily for Eastern Catholic clergy, including Maronite, Melkite, Chaldean, Syriac, Byzantine, Ukrainian, Syro-Malabar, and Syro-Malankara pastors.
While the approach reflects Eastern Catholic life and tradition, pastors from other Christian traditions are welcome.

Yes. Workshops are offered on a donation basis, allowing pastors and parishes of all sizes to participate while supporting the ongoing mission of Servant Pastors.

No. While the ministry is rooted in the Maronite Catholic tradition, it serves clergy from all Eastern Catholic rites and is respectful of each Church’s unique spiritual and liturgical heritage.
