Father Simon created Servant Pastors to address a profound need: Eastern Catholic pastors rarely have access to leadership coaching and formation designed around their actual pastoral environment.
With decades of hands-on ministry experience, Father Simon understands the unique challenges pastors face—particularly within the Eastern Catholic Churches, where clergy often serve close-knit, culturally rich, and deeply traditional communities. His formation is shaped not only by academic study, but by years of walking alongside parishioners, clergy, and church leaders in real pastoral settings.
Holding a PhD in Community Leadership and having served for many years in parish ministry within the Maronite Catholic Church, Father Simon brings together:
